A BIG THANK YOU TO MR. ANDREW SMITH III AND THE ENTIRE STAFF-
It was hard, having mom make her transition in Arlington, VA during the holiday season and have her transported to Hampton. VA for the homecoming services and burial. Smith Brothers made it manageable. Always compassionate, courteous, and prompt, they provided professional services from transport through the funeral, burial services, and administration process in Hampton. They were very consider of the family's raw emotions, patient, providing comfort and support, making the entire process so much easier to complete. Their professionalism and efficiency were astounding. They made us feel special, especially with all the extra touches they included without any request from the family. The facility is clean and inviting and the personnel approachable and warm. It was the environment that made it easier for us to do what we had to do during a very stressful and emotional period. Lastly, to emphasize their efficiency, unlike many surviving family members that have to wait weeks, if not months for the death certificates, Smith Brothers had ours the day after the funeral allowing us to complete our business prior to heading back to our various hometowns. Smith Brothers is a Class Act.
